Rear extension and loft conversion in Hornchurch
About the Project
This project in Hornchurch was originally a small 2-bedroom bungalow. The owners wanted extra living space for their growing family so we helped them obtain planning permission to build a rear extension and loft conversion. The loft conversion added an additional two bedrooms and bathrooms.
Timeline
Ciconian took this project on in June 2016, with the completion of the project in June 2017.
I used Ciconian Construction to expand our 2-bedroom bungalow to a spacious 4-bedroom home for our growing family. From start to finish, the team at Ciconian was very professional and we were particularly impressed by Andy’s project management skills as the job was completed on schedule and within our budget. Ciconian definitely made the renovation process a smooth experience and we couldn’t be happier with the result as we managed to gain so much more living space that we couldn’t even imagine.
