About the Project
To create this stunning new home the previous lot needed to be demolished and prepared for a new 4-bed property. The previous 3-bed property had some structural damage, meaning a fresh start was needed. Ciconian took care of planning permission for the new 4-bed detached house.
The new property features a basement for a games room and 2 additional stories, giving ample room for a family. Along with the new bedroom space, the new property also has 3 bathrooms and tailored smart interiors. The outside features a tidy, spacious resin-bound driveway and landscaped back garden.
